A commercial farm belonging to the vice president Namadi Sambo was attacked on Friday by armed men.

According to a report, the robbers who were dressed in military ensembles stormed the farm located along Birnin Gwari road in Kaduna and carted away over 2000 specially imported cows.

“The monetary value of those special cows far exceed N200 million, the incident and subsequent development look more like a deliberate attempt to strangle the VP economically because he has been a successful businessman in and out of politics,” said a close associate of the President.

The VP was not the only casualty, as a farm belonging to the Emir of Zazzau was also attacked by these cattle rustlers.
