She said: “It’s funny, it’s a really quick transition from not a care and now all of a sudden, we’ve got to really be mindful of what we put inside our bodies. And how we sleep and take care of ourselves. You can get away with a lot in your 20s.”

She’s been an on-screen regular since the tender age of four and has made quite a name for herself in 30 years. Good reveals one thing that has remained constant in her life: Her feelings of self-worth.

“I’ve always had that kind of spirit where I love me, and I accept me, and I feel beautiful, and I feel sexy. And I’ve felt that from a very young age”.

Christina Milian

Milian is quick to reveal that her self-confidence doesn’t come without hard work; in fact, the star credits her rigorous workout routine.

“You don’t have to be like anyone else. We’re all human, we have our flaws and it’s OK. Working out is probably one of the best things you can do. It can be in the form of walking and talking to somebody. I find when I’m a little down on myself it feels good to exercise”.

Sofia Vergara

When it comes to confidence, the Modern Family actress has it down, opting choosing to show a little skin for a boost.

“Confident people have a way of carrying themselves that makes others more attracted to them. Latin women are very comfortable with their bodies and their sexuality. We aren’t afraid to show that off a little bit more”.

Keke Palmer

The Scream Queens star is a force to be reckoned with – not only when it comes to her successful acting and singing careers, but also with her inherent need to voice her opinion, particularly when it involves talk of her sexuality.

“I don’t feel the need to define nothing to nobody, because I’m always changing. Why say that I’m this or that when I might not be tomorrow?. I’m gonna follow my own feelings and my own heart.”

Reese Witherspoon

It’s true what they say: Self-confidence truly blossoms as the years pass – at least that’s what the Oscar winner has experienced.

“Sexuality and femininity is an accumulation of age and wisdom and comfort in your own skin. I feel better – so much better now than I ever did in my twenties. I am calmer; I know who I am. And as a result I feel much sexier”.

Selena Gomez

What makes the “Same Old Love” singer beautiful? Aside from the obvious, Gomez is also refreshingly honest – especially when it comes to body image and self-confidence, issues only a handful of stars have addressed in the past.

“It hurt my feelings because I never experienced that before, but I didn’t want [that] to be my story. So I said, ‘I don’t care what you think’ … I’m learning that you can be comfortable and still look beautiful'”.

Carrie Underwood

It’s been over a decade since the world was introduced to the country music star, who won American Idol in 2005. Since her coronation, the singer has racked up countless accolades, including multiple Grammys, a Golden Globe nomination and the honor of starring in NBC’s first-ever live TV adaptation of The Sound of Music Live. The reason for all her success? The singer credits a positive mindset.

“Talking yourself up is a big thing. People might think you are nuts talking to yourself and telling yourself how awesome you are, but it helps to say, ‘I am strong.'”
